Parental Consent for Children under 12 Years

For the protection of children under 12 years, we ask that their parent/ guardian provides consent to them entering this competition. Written notification to winners under 12 will be addressed to their parent/guardian. We will verify the age and identity of winners before allocating prizes.  Consent may be given by entering the details on the form below or by downloading and sending in the attached form.
